Carnival Hunt Map Guide

Map layout

The Carnival map is different every match but there is some logic behind it making it possible to navigate after you know the different sections. The map exists of 4 different rooms with 2 being the same kind.

In the image below, you'll find a color coded example. The black indents are door posibilities so the map generation can rotate around the centre.

The centre

Each map will have a centre. There are two possible centre rooms. One will be recognizable by the carousel in the middle. The other one will have a statue.

The difference between the centre and the wings is that there is no Jack on the first floor and no exit gates on the fourth floor. In the centre you will be able to progress to higher levels.

If you want to progress to one of the next floors through the centre room. I've listed the options below with he floor number in front. Both centres use the same ways to go up.

The wings

Every game there will be two wings in the map. In those wings you will be able to progress to higher levels. On the fourth floor of these wings, there will be an exit gate. To power an exit gate. You need to charge the two gearboxen in one of the wing rooms. When both gearboxes in one of the wings get charged, the exit gate in that room will open.

Performance Hall

The performance room can be recognized by the stage in the center of the room. On the stage you can find Jack.

Circus Hall

You can recognize Circus Hall by the tribune on the first floor and the circular shape of the room. In the mirror room at the end, you will find Jack.

Amusement Hall

Amusement Hall is easily recognizable by the rollercoaster on the first floor.

Organ Hall

If you find yourself in a room that gives church vibes, you are in Organ Hall.

Connecting rooms

The connectinng rooms connect the two wings. There is no way to progress to higher levels in these areas, but you can go there to find items, gears and hide for the magician.

Jack

You can find jack in both wings on the first floor. If you have a toolbox you can exchange it together with some candies for a set of three items at random. If you have a key and some candies, you can charge yourself at jack.

Minigame

On the first floor of the centre room with the carousel. There is a minigame. You can start it with a key. After it's been started you can throw candies at the targets. If all the targets are hit. You will get a random item. This minigame is not available on the centre room with the statue.

Be careful, when you activate the minigame the magician gets notified.
