Carnival Hunt Gears Up for Public Testing
Carnival Hunt, the spooky multiplayer game with a dark circus twist, is getting ready for a big step forward. The devs just announced that public tests are on the way.
Extended Test Phase: September 22 – November 3
The game's testing phase has been expanded into a six-week schedule, mixing closed sessions for Alpha supporters with public playtests and major Steam festivals. This gives the community more opportunities than ever to experience the game before Early Access.
Full Schedule
- Closed Alpha Test: September 22 – September 29
- First Public Test: September 29 – October 6
- Closed Alpha Test: October 6 – October 13
- Steam Next Fest: October 13 – October 20
- Closed Alpha Test: October 20 – October 27
- Steam Scream Fest 4: October 27 – November 3
This means Alpha and Beta players will be able to play for over a month straight, while new waves of players join in through the public tests and Steam festivals. The closed sessions before and between festivals are critical for thorough debugging which the devs can’t do this without the community’s help.
Rewards for Early Testers
To thank Alpha and Beta testers, the devs plan to hand out exclusive rewards once the game enters Early Access. On top of that, testers will get to play several months before the wider release.
